Pro-Palestine TikTok Activist Sues Ohio State Over Expulsion

The Ohio State University’s expulsion of a pro-Palestine activist and Tiktok influencer enrolled at the school violated his protected right to engage in political speech, the former student said in a federal lawsuit Wednesday.

Guy Christensen, a freshman last year at OSU, is challenging his dismissal from the nation’s third largest public university over its officials’ reaction to two videos he posted in May 2025 to his social media accounts that have millions of followers.
