PragerU Hit With Video Privacy Class Action Over Meta Pixel

Online content creator PragerU improperly shares the video viewing history of its users with Facebook, according to a proposed class action.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in the US District Court for the Central District of California, said PragerU ran afoul of the Video Privacy Protection Act by installing the Meta Pixel on its website and apps, and sharing the information it collects without getting sufficient consent.
