Potential T-Mobile Retailer Class Action Sent Back to State Court

A T-Mobile US Inc. retail partner failed to show sufficient money was at stake in a proposed California class action to clear the federal jurisdictional threshold, a US judge said, sending the case back to state court.

Among other alleged violations of the California Labor code, Rolando Cruz said in his complaint that Wireless Vision Holdings failed to timely paid him and others.
