Postmates Faces Post-Adolph Headwinds in PAGA Court Arguments

Postmates Inc. on Monday sought to convince a California appellate court that a former courier must arbitrate whether she has standing to pursue claims under a unique law allowing individuals to step into the state’s shoes and sue for labor law violations.
