A transgender Postal Service worker can pursue claims that she faced harassment based on sex and disability after being outed at work, a Los Angeles federal judge ruled.
Discrete acts of discrimination the former employee alleged supported her Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the Rehabilitation Act hostile work environment claims, the US District Court for the Central District of California said Tuesday.
