Porsche Glitchy Infotainment System Deal Gets Judge’s Final Nod

A Porsche Automobil Holding SE unit and drivers who said a software update damaged their cars’ infotainment systems have finalized a class settlement that allows reimbursement up to $7,500 for repair or replacement costs.

Judge Mark H. Cohen of the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia approved the settlement June 23, saying it provides an excellent result and there is no evidence the attorneys colluded to the detriment of the class.
