POM Must Still Face Deceptive Labeling Claims in PFAS Lawsuit

POM must confront misleading labeling and negligence allegations from a proposed class of consumers alleging its pomegranate juice contains hazardous levels of PFAS, according to a district court.

POM Wonderful LLC had its motion to dismiss the lawsuit from Bertha Hernandez and Wayne Catalano partially denied Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, according to an opinion and order.
