A Cyprus-based cellphone game creator accused a Polish web developer of fraudulent copyright registration and asked a California federal judge to rule it is the sole owner of the game’s copyrights, according to a new lawsuit.
Ducky Ltd., creator of the phone application game Melon Sandbox, says Iviliia Millionic IT fraudulently registered copyrights and trademarks related to its game and should be enjoined from doing so and have the fraudulent marks invalidated, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
