The Ninth Circuit granted a joint motion to voluntarily dismiss an appeal in a discrimination lawsuit in which a Hispanic former law enforcement officer accused a police academy and others of racist remarks and harsh treatment during training.
The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit’s order also withdrew a certified question on whether Washington’s immunity provisions would apply to the instructors of the academy.
