PNC Bank Mortgage Loan Officer Brings Class Action Over Wages

A mortgage loan officer is bringing a proposed class action suit against PNC Bank, alleging the company violated New Jersey wage laws by failing to pay overtime wages.

Alla Gurevich alleges that she and other similarly situated mortgage loan officers weren’t properly compensated for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week, according to her complaint filed on Dec. 20 in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
