Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s lawsuit against an anti-abortion group that infiltrated and surreptitiously recorded its conferences is headed to trial, the Northern District of California said.
Most of Planned Parenthood’s claims that the Center for Medical Progress breached contracts requiring matters discussed at the meetings to remain confidential, trespassed at conferences, and misrepresented itself and its agents’ identities must be decided by a jury, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California said.
