Planned Parenthood Owes Texas, Louisiana Repayments, Court Says

A whistleblower suit alleging Planned Parenthood committed Medicaid fraud can proceed because the organization held onto state funds after the Fifth Circuit allowed Texas to cut them off, a federal judge said in an unsealed opinion.
