Philips Medical Systems (Cleveland) Inc. won a permanent injunction against an Illinois corporation that allegedly facilitated the transfer of trade secrets about X-ray tube design for a pair of Chinese companies.
The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Thursday granted three of Philips’s motions, including attorneys fees and contempt sanctions, after the Chinese companies and the Illinois corporation failed to retain counsel.
