Phi Theta Kappa Trademark Suit Greenlit Against HonorSociety.Org

Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society may proceed with claims that HonorSociety.Org. Inc.'s use of CAREER EDGE infringes its PTK EDGE trademark, a Mississippi federal judge has ruled.

PTK Edge is a collection of free, online courses available to PTK Honor Society members “covering a broad range of topics including pursing employment opportunities, transferring to a four-year college, professional development, and research skills,” according to the complaint.
