PharMerica Corp. agreed to pay at least $5,275,000 to resolve claims arising from a 2023 data breach in a deal that received preliminary approval from a Kentucky federal court.
PharMerica will pay documented out-of-pocket expenses up to at $10,000 per class member and for one year of Kroll Complete Monitoring in addition to the non-reversionary settlement amount, from which millions of people will be eligible for a pro rata cash payment, according to the order from the US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
