PGA Tour Beats Christian Worker’s Suit Over Covid Test Reporting

A Christian former PGA Tour Inc. employee won’t get a trial on claims that discrimination drove the denial of his request for accommodation from Covid-19 test reporting and subsequent firing, a federal judge ruled.

The worker had already been approved for a religious exemption from the PGA Tour’s vaccination requirement, and allowing him to just test without having the results recorded or shared as necessary would have created an undue business hardship, the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida said Thursday.
