Pet Owner Settles Claims Over Martha Stewart ‘Natural’ Products

A New York pet owner has settled claims alleging Fetch for Pets LLC deceptively markets its Martha Stewart line of high-end dog and cat products as “natural” despite the inclusion of synthetic ingredients, according to filings in a New York federal court.

Eva Levin filed a proposed class suit last month challenging the marketing of a slew of products including Martha Stewart Natural Conditioner For All Dogs Moisturizing Vanilla Almond, Martha Stewart Natural 2-in-1 Grapefruit Puppy Shampoo & Conditioner, and Martha Stewart Natural Lemongrass Verbena Scent Cat Wipes.
