Perficient Inc. convinced a federal judge in Missouri on Thursday to rule in its favor in its lawsuit accusing a former vice president of violating noncompetition and confidentiality agreements by performing similar duties for a competitor.
Perficient provides software consulting, including for clients using products by IBM, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft. The company hired Thomas Munley as general manager of its Oracle practice group in July 2014. Munley eventually became vice president of field operations, which oversaw the Salesforce practice, before he was terminated in April 2019.
