Peraton Inc., lost a challenge to its exclusion from consideration for a contract to provide technical support for “internet-based activities” for the US Special Operations Command under the Department of Defense.
The General Services Administration issued a task order request for the technical support services. The GSA originally denied Peraton’s proposal “because a significant discrepancy of hours existed between the staffing plan and the cost/price workbook which the agency was unable to reconcile” and Peraton’s responses to clarification questions failed to resolve the issues.
