Peraton Gets Go-Ahead on Suit Over Government’s Use of Software

Peraton Inc. can proceed with breach of contract claims in a $33 million lawsuit against the federal government alleging underpayment for the use of its software, the US Court of Federal Claims ruled.

The suit stems from the US Office of Personnel Management’s use of Peraton’s Electronic Official Personnel Folder software “to provide secure, web-enabled access for millions of federal government employees to view and manage their electronic personnel file,” according to the complaint.
