Pension Specialists Ltd. has agreed to settle a consolidated lawsuit alleging it negligently failed to protect the personal information of more than 71,000 consumers in a February 2024 data breach.
The retirement-plan administrator and seven lead plaintiffs filed a joint notice of settlement of the proposed class action Tuesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
