Pennsylvania’s Voter Data Online Sharing Ban Stands, Judge Says

A conservative-backed group that publishes voter data online lost its bid to strike down Pennsylvania’s internet sharing ban.

Voter Reference Foundation LLC failed to convince the judge, Joseph F. Saporito Jr. of the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, that the state’s ban is preempted by the federal National Voter Registration Act.
