Pennsylvania urged a federal court Thursday to force the Trump Administration to lift its freeze of billions of dollars in federal funds the state says it can’t access.
The federal funding freeze, which violates the US Constitution, has jeopardized at least $5.5 billion Congress committed to Pennsylvania, the state said in its complaint in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
