Pennsylvania State University convinced a federal appeals court to quash a former football player’s lawsuit claiming his teammates orchestrated “‘a campaign to harass and haze’” him.
Isaiah Humphries didn’t properly allege same-sex harassment from the players or negligence from university defendants, the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit said in a Wednesday opinion affirming the case’s dismissal.
