A University of Pennsylvania law professor isn’t entitled to a preliminary injunction to block disciplinary sanctions imposed against her by the school, a federal court said.
Amy Wax failed to show that allowing the sanctions to begin will cause her irreparable harm, Judge Timothy J. Savage said Monday for the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
