A University of Pennsylvania law professor can’t advance her employment lawsuit over disciplinary sanctions imposed on her for allegedly making racist, sexist, and xenophobic statements against minorities.
Amy Wax’s claims were brought under federal anti-discrimination laws and required the court to decide whether her statements were protected by those laws, Judge Timothy J.
