Peloton Interactive Inc. failed to get warehouse workers’ federal wage-and-hour allegations thrown out, but the company won a temporary respite pending the outcome of a similar suit.
The workers identified tasks the exercise equipment and workout streaming company didn’t pay them for and weeks where they worked more than eight hours per day and 40 hours total, making their minimum wage and overtime claims “sufficiently plausible” to move forward, the US District Court for the Central District of California said.
