The producer of the television series “Peaky Blinders” has reached a settlement of its trademark infringement claims against a brewhouse over its use of the Peaky Blinder name.
Caryn Mandabach Productions Ltd. and Sadlers Brewhouse Ltd. reached an agreement following an off-the-record settlement conference, Magistrate Judge John E. McDermott of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California said Thursday.
The terms of the agreement “will be finalized between the parties,” McDermott said. Counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
