PayPal won’t be able introduce a master service agreement with a third-party vendor in an upcoming trial after a federal court sanctioned the platform for failing to comply with a discovery deadline.
The litigation over PayPal’s Giving Fund charitable giving platform hinges on whether a user was notified of a mandatory arbitration policy.
