Paxton’s Criminal Threats Up War With His Impeachment Foes (1)

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s home address was already public record before his impeachment, an attorney for the House members who ran the trial said after Paxton threatened Monday to lodge criminal complaints against state lawmakers.

Paxton said that the managers running his impeachment wanted to harm him when they provided his address in an Oct. 2 document release. Paxton, who was acquitted on all impeachment counts by the Republican-led Senate last month, said he will file the complaints with every manager’s county prosecutor on Monday morning.
