Tenet Healthcare Corp. must face a proposed class action alleging it disclosed the personal health information of users of a website patient portal to Facebook and other third parties in violation of Massachusetts privacy law.

Anonymous plaintiff Jane Doe adequately pleaded claims of negligence, breach of implied contract, unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duty, and violations of the Massachusetts Right to Privacy Law and the Consumer Protection Act, Judge Patti B.
