PAM Transport Inc. won summary judgment over claims from two former truck drivers who accused the transportation company of discriminating against them for being African American then retaliating against them for speaking up about it.
Judge Eli J. Richardson, of the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, ruled Thursday in favor of PAM on allegations under Title VII and state law from Thomas Michael Smith and Monaleto Sneed, who were both dispatched out of the company’s Nashville location.
