Palestinian Professor Fired for ‘Anti-Semitic’ Posts Loses Suit

Cabrini University prevailed claims by a Palestinian American professor who says retaliation drove his firing after outside groups mischaracterized and complained about his posts on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The former assistant professor of business failed to allege the sort of protected activity under job discrimination law that would have been shielded from pay back by the private Catholic university, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said Monday.
