Palestinian-American real estate developer Bashar Masri and four of his companies helped Hamas accomplish its Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel, a new lawsuit says.

Masri’s companies helped the Iran-backed Palestinian militant group develop the infrastructure necessary to execute the attack, according to the lawsuit, filed on Monday in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

Three properties developed by Masri’s companies—Gaza Industrial Estate, Blue Beach Hotel, and Ayan Hotel—were used to conceal the network of tunnels Hamas used to store rockets and move operatives, the plaintiffs say.
