Palestine Chronicle Can’t Bar Hostage Claims It Aided Hamas (1)

Three Israeli former Hamas hostages can proceed with claims that the Palestine Chronicle aided their kidnapping, a federal court found.

The hostages stated a plausible claim that the Chronicle and individual publication officers aided their kidnapping “and Hamas’s acts of terrorism,” and have sufficiently pled that payments to Hamas operative Abdallah Aljamal occurred in the US, said Judge Tiffany M. Cartwright of the US District Court for the Western District of Washington on Tuesday, denying a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
