Customers of Oregon-based Pacific Residential Mortgage LLC dropped their proposed class action alleging the home lender negligently failed to protect their personal information that was exposed in a February 2025 data breach.
The four named plaintiffs filed a notice of voluntary dismissal Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Oregon, around four months after the parties filed a joint notice of settlement with the court.
