P&G Defeats Clearblue Menopause Stage Indicator False-Ad Suit

Procter & Gamble Co. convinced a federal judge to toss a proposed class action alleging it deceptively advertised its Clearblue Menopause Stage Indicator tests.

The US District Court for the Northern District of California on Wednesday said the plaintiffs failed to allege reasonable consumers would be misled by the test’s label statements because their allegations relied on only a portion of the packaging.
