Conservationists are planning a lawsuit that would force the Trump administration to make decisions on endangered species protections.
The Center for Biological Diversity told the Interior Department Jan. 8 that it intends to sue over missed deadlines in deciding whether to protect 26 species of animals and plants under the Endangered Species Act.
