Outside Interactive Must Face Copyright Suit Over Streamed Shows

Outside Interactive, an active lifestyle media company, succeeded in partially narrowing a copyright dispute with a film production company that on occasion has worked with celebrity television host Patrick Parnell.

Neu Productions Inc. alleges that while there was an agreement to broadcast episodes of several Neu shows on a cable network—Outside Television—that agreement didn’t extend to a host of third-party platforms and streaming services, including Outside+.
