Craig Byrne and Frederic Demeulenaere joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe as partners in its energy and infrastructure finance team in Milan, the firm announced Tuesday.
Byrne and Demeulenaere represent a debt funders, including leading global financial institutions and investment banks, as well as borrowers and sponsors in project bonds, joint ventures, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, private placement, and direct lending and structured equity transactions, the firm said.
They join from A&O Shearman.
