An Oregon assistant principal and a science teacher who objected to their school district’s transgender student policies have settled their free speech claims against the district.
Rachel Sager and Katie Medart agreed to settle their allegations against the Grants Pass School District No. 7, according to the stipulated general judgment of dismissal with prejudice that the parties filed Nov. 21 in the US District Court for the District of Oregon.
