A lower court properly approved
The lower court accurately evaluated the risks of continued litigation and didn’t abuse its discretion in approving an allocation plan that would distribute settlement funds equally to all claimants, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said Friday.
Attorneys for Oracle, the plaintiffs, and objector Sarah Feldman didn’t respond immediately to a request for comment.
