Oracle Sued for Infringing Patents Used to Create Targeted Ads

Oracle Corp. is facing an allegation in a federal court in Texas that it infringed AlmondNet Inc.'s patents in a computer system designed to target the delivery of advertisements.

The complaint, filed Monday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, names the Oracle BlueKai Data Management Platform, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle Data Cloud, and/or Oracle ID Graph as the infringing products.
