Oppenheimer & Co. Inc reached an agreement with an Israeli cybersecurity firm over allegations it failed to pay the investment bank $12 million for its services.

Hub Cyber Security retained Oppenheimer to receive “investment banking services and advice” relating to a potential sale to a SPAC, the bank’s complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York had said.
