A federal judge said a man charged with trafficking counterfeit goods can’t escape the indictment simply because his prop pills didn’t have active pharmaceutical ingredients.
The US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Tuesday rejected Robert Davis’ argument that since his prop pills weren’t sold as pharmaceuticals, the charges against him should have been dismissed.
