Opendoor Technologies Inc. investors, company leaders, and a venture capitalist have shown their agreement consisting of corporate reforms to settle a suit over the house-flipping startup’s blank-check merger merits final approval, a federal judge ruled.
Judge Michael T. Liburdi also approved an attorneys’ fee award of nearly $2 million in an order Tuesday for the US District Court for the District of Arizona.
