Ontrak, Ex-CEO Beat Client Relationship Fraud Lawsuit, for Now

Ontrak Inc. and four top executives are free of investor allegations that they failed to disclose issues with the company’s demand and client pipeline from major customers Aetna Inc. and Cigna Corp.

The behavioral health company, which uses predictive technology to connect insurance plan members with cost-saving programs, allegedly misrepresented the relationships it had with Aetna and Cigna before the sudden termination of both contracts.
