Fenix International Ltd., the parent company behind adult internet subscriptions service OnlyFans, convinced a federal judge to toss a proposed class action over its automatic renewal practices because the court lacked jurisdiction.

The US District Court for the Central District of California rejected the consumers’ argument that the company was subject to personal jurisdiction there because it availed itself of the privileges of doing business in California when it enrolled customers in the state into recurring subscriptionsthe state.
