Omnicom Group Inc. must face an executive’s claims that bias caused her to be paid less than similar male executives and fueled her unequal replacement-job and severance offers, a Dallas federal judge ruled.
The US District Court for the Northern District of Texas decision reaffirmed workers asserting pay discrimination claims under the Equal Pay Act and Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act don’t have to describe how male employees they allege were better-paid were truly comparable to them.
