OMG Girlz $71 Million Award Left Intact After Judge Changes Mind

Toy maker MGA Entertainment Inc. must pay $71 million to former pop group OMG Girlz for ripping off the former teen pop group’s name and likeness in a line of dolls, a California federal judge ordered Monday, departing from his earlier position that would have slashed the bulk of the jury’s damages award.
